Attire for Friday evening’s fiesta and reception ranges from business casual to cocktail in style and bright, festive tones are encouraged. Saturday attire pre-black-tie reception and dinner dance is business casual. Note: as per The Greenbrier’s policy, gentlemen must wear jackets in the resort’s casino. As a reminder, registrations will not be considered complete and sponsorships will not be committed to print until payment is processed. All fully registered guests will be checked into the event by name.  Upon arrival at The Greenbrier, guests should visit the Gala Registration Station to check in.

For sponsors who remitted payment via card, please be aware that gift receipts will be sent separately via postal mail from the WVU Foundation. For those who opted to remit payment by check, below are instructions. Should an invoice be required, please notify EGregory@wvuf.org or 304-293-1874. Again, payments must be completed no less than two weeks prior to the event.
