Individual tickets are offered at $600 each, with a special rate being available for Cancer Institute employees. $245 of the $600 ticket sum is non-tax deductible. Please note that fully reserved tables are available only via sponsorship. Individual ticket holders may indicate preferences for Saturday evening seating, but individual guests not registered together will ultimately be placed based on availability.

IMPORTANT: If your registration includes guests, please enter the names of your guests for Saturday night, so that dinner dance seating may be arranged. Please use the text box provided to note any ways in which your Friday guest list may vary from that of Saturday.
